Include chapters in search results

Our team would like to have the search feature return not just articles, but also chapters, and possibly manuals. Our content seems to have reached a critical mass where the terms our users search return too many results for them to find what they need on the first screen. If chapters were also suggested in search results, at the top, users might be able to self-serve more easily.

  Krista - we have a feature we can turn on that will show manuals/chapters in the search results. Have an admin from your account email support@screensteps.com and make the request.
