Background: My team and I often need to document how much time we spend on certain projects or within specific departments for budgetary or reporting reasons.
Problem: The way the Activity Stream at article level shows timing is ineffective. For example, I can see that an article was updated a couple times “4 months ago,” then updated and moved a couple times “3 months ago.” If I’m looking through history to determine the time between when something was created and when it was published, this doesn’t provide the information I need. This problem would also apply to the admin portal when viewing articles within the knowledge base.
Proposed solution: Instead of marking how long “ago” something was done (creation, edits, publication, etc.), can the actual dates and times be reflected?
