Currently, you can organize chapters into groups, but when a user navigates within a chapter, all articles display in a single, massive list*. I would like the ability to break a chapter down into sections/groups.
For example, I have a chapter about using a tool called Tests & Quizzes. This chapter contains 55 articles, so it can be intimidating to a new user. However, there are specific tasks that would fit nicely into groups, e.g.: How do I add a question to an assessment? (13 articles with steps to add different types of questions), How do I edit settings? (5 articles for different types of settings), How do I grade assessments? (7 articles). I think being able to group the articles might make using the tool seem less intimidating.
* I realize that ScreenSteps is designed for search, but when we did usability testing, a surprising number of users navigated via the article lists instead.
